Who We Are

Great design firms aren't built overnight. They're built by finding the right people, holding a high bar, and caring deeply about the outcome of every single project.

That's Saltwater Home.

Led by owner and principal designer Jessica Nannery, we're a team with a sharp eye and high standards, based in Kennebunk, Maine, with deep experience, a current aesthetic, and a genuine investment in every space we touch.

We work with a select number of clients at a time, and we think that makes all the difference.

Before joining Saltwater Home, she served as Senior Designer and Client Relations Lead at a respected local firm. Jessica has been instrumental in the firm’s growth, known for building lasting client relationships and leading many of Saltwater Home’s most transformative projects.

Lead Designer

Rebecca is our in-house drafter, bringing technical precision and a deep appreciation for natural design to every project. With a BFA in Interior Architecture and a minor in Photography from Endicott College, she finds constant inspiration in the outdoors. Her work blends light, organic materials, and thoughtful detail to create spaces that feel grounded, timeless, and connected to nature.

Technical Designer

Rebecca Zub

Erica brings a rare combination to Saltwater Home: an artist's eye, a deep fluency in aesthetics, and the strategic instincts to shape how a brand and a space communicate. She holds a B.F.A. from Maine College of Art and spent years in Maine's contemporary art world guiding acquisitions and connecting collectors with artists before bringing that same eye to interior design, where her instinct for space, material, and detail translates naturally. At Saltwater Home, Erica designs on select projects, leads brand and creative direction, and is often the first person new clients meet.
